Restore More Than Just Your Smile
We know that missing teeth can have a profound impact on more than just your appearance. They affect your ability to chew, speak, and smile with confidence.
Dental implants are the gold standard for replacing missing teeth. Unlike removable dentures or traditional bridges, implants are surgically placed into the jawbone, acting as a permanent foundation for crowns, bridges or dentures

The Benefits of Dental Implants
Confidence. Comfort. Long-Term Health.
Dental implants do more than just fill gaps in your smile—they support your oral health, enhance daily comfort, and restore the confidence that comes from feeling like yourself again.
Long-Term Durability
With proper care, dental implants can last decades. They’re a permanent solution you can trust, far surpassing the lifespan of bridges or dentures.
Preserve Bone and Facial Structure
Implants stimulate the jawbone, preventing bone loss and helping to maintain the natural shape of your face over time.
No Slipping, No Discomfort
Unlike removable dentures, implants are fixed securely. No clicking, no slipping, no daily removal—just reliable comfort.
Gentle on Surrounding Teeth
Unlike traditional bridges, implants don’t rely on adjacent teeth for support—preserving the integrity of your natural smile.

Types of Dental Implants
Every smile is different, and so is every implant solution. At Cotton Tree Dental, we take the time to assess your individual needs and recommend the most suitable option—never a one-size-fits-all approach.
Single Tooth Implant
Best for: Replacing a single missing tooth A discreet and durable solution where one titanium implant is placed into the jawbone and topped with a custom ceramic crown. Designed to look, feel and function like a natural tooth—without affecting neighbouring teeth
Implant-Supported Bridge
Best for: Replacing multiple missing teeth in a row Rather than using natural teeth as anchors (which can compromise them), we place two or more implants to support a fixed bridge. A beautiful, stable and long-term solution for multiple missing teeth.
Full Arch Implants
Best for: Full upper or lower teeth replacement For patients with significant tooth loss or failing dentures, full arch implants offer a transformative solution. Just four to six strategically placed implants can support a full arch of teeth—fixed in place, natural-looking, and incredibly functional.
Implant-Retained Dentures
Best for: Denture wearers seeking extra stability Say goodbye to loose or uncomfortable dentures. With two or more implants, we can secure your existing or new denture in place—so it clicks in comfortably and doesn’t shift or rub.
Immediate Implants
Best for: Suitable candidates wanting quicker results In some cases, implants can be placed immediately after a tooth extraction, reducing total treatment time. We’ll thoroughly assess if this option is right for you.
Experience Individualised, High-End Care Every Step of the Way
We’re not a volume-based or corporate clinic. At Cotton Tree Dental, your implant journey is guided by the same familiar faces from start to finish, ensuring continuity, comfort, and trust.
Our hand-crafted ceramic crowns and bridges are designed to blend seamlessly with your natural teeth. No generic, machine-made smiles—just stunning, natural aesthetics tailored to you.
What types of implants do you offer?
We provide single tooth implants, multiple implant bridges, and full arch implant solutions. Our specialists will recommend the best type based on your specific needs, bone density, and treatment goals.
What are implant-retained dentures?
Implant-retained dentures are secured to dental implants rather than relying on adhesives or suction. They provide superior stability, comfort, and chewing function compared to traditional dentures while being more affordable than individual implants for each tooth.
How many implants do I need for dentures?
Typically, 2-4 implants can secure a lower denture, while 4-6 implants are usually needed for an upper denture. The exact number depends on your jaw structure and bone density, which we’ll assess during consultation.
What's the difference between removable and fixed implant dentures?
Removable implant dentures snap onto implants but can be taken out for cleaning. Fixed implant dentures are permanently attached and can only be removed by your dentist. Both offer excellent stability compared to traditional dentures.
How long do implants last?
With proper care, dental implants can last a lifetime. The crown or denture attached to the implant may need replacement after 10-15 years, but the implant itself is designed as a permanent solution.
Am I too old for dental implants?
Age alone doesn’t disqualify you from implants. As long as you have adequate bone density and good overall health, implants can be successful at any age. Many of our patients receive implants well into their 80s and 90s.
Can implants be done if I have gum disease?
Gum disease must be treated and controlled before implant placement. Our team will address any periodontal issues first to ensure the best chance of implant success and long-term health.
What's the success rate of dental implants?
Dental implants have a success rate of over 95% when placed by experienced professionals. Our specialists use advanced techniques and technology to maximize your chances of successful treatment and long-lasting results.
